Thought i would do a post to some of my favourite mods and tracks for any new rFactor players. Now how will these rfactor 2 mods work on such a setting? what about track mods? if any are in development now, how can they had track deformations in without working on the rfactor 2 sdk tools?
Up the graphics to make it look and feel more real.Īdd all those things and then we can call it a proper sequal. Implement proper windows 7/vista support and dx10 support at least. What rfactor 2 needs to do imo is improve the physiscs of the engine in ways that needs improving, implement dynamic weather effects or rain, snow etc, and to have track deformation such as barriers and objects being dynamic in the track so its apparent that someone has bumped/crashed into them. Right now information about this game is hard to find and so far there as been no indications of what new features this game has. Why wont it be massively different? its a sequal right? it should be massively different in many areas otherwise why bother touting it as a sequal? What rfactor 2 sounds like is a add on pack much like gtr evo than a fully fledge sequal.
